Location: Can be discussed during the interview.

Full-Time: 44 hours/week (5 days/week). Shifts available is based on store operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and serve as a role model on the sales floor.
• Support, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, cash handling, and inventory replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and promote brand values through customer engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Store-in-Charge, or similar retail leadership role.
• Preferably from apparel, fashion, footwear, sports, or FMCG retail industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance, and store operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent preferred.
