Job Requirements:

1) At least 5 years of management experience in Chinese cuisine restaurants is preferred.

2) Familiar with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for restaurants, kitchen operations, and traditional Chinese catering services.

3) Possess capabilities in budget management, cost control, and restaurant performance analysis.

4) Familiar with POS systems, inventory management software, and related reporting tools.

5) Able to work efficiently in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment.
