Job Descriptions:

• Conducting daily GMP inspections in the production area
• Collecting routine samples of raw materials and finished products
• Perform laboratory tests, equipment calibration, and prepare test reports
• Carry out testing on food products
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety systems
• Handling customer complaints
• Assist in the development of new products
• Assist in implementing and follow up on the annual internal & certification audit
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or other related disciplines
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills; self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Responsible, reliable, and result-oriented
• 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the F&B manufacturing industry
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 09:00 a.m. to 5:50 p.m.
• Saturday: 09:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Alternate Saturday off)
• Location: Near Fo Tan MTR
