Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post.
• PC Literate (MS word / Excel).
• 5-day work week.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers.
• Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.
• Evaluate Contract/ Sub-Contract works.
• Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.
