About The Project
We are launching a global influencer marketing SaaS platform for a leading beauty brand, with America planned as a key launch market. America is one of the brand’s most important influencer markets, with strong advocacy programs, creator partnerships, influencer seeding, and social media activation across multiple brand teams.
We are looking for an America-based CSM to support the local launch, drive adoption, and act as the key in-market partner for America business.
Role Purpose
The CSM will lead local customer success activities for the local launch. The immediate priority is to train America-based brand, advocacy, influencer, and digital marketing teams in English on how to use the SaaS platform for influencer management. The role will also support adoption, collect local feedback, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and identify potential upsell or expansion opportunities.
