Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.

Proficiency in relevant software and POS systems.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Oversee and manage all retail operations within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Drive sales performance and profitability across all stores in the region through effective sales strategies and team motivation.

Develop and implement regional business plans, including market analysis, competitor monitoring, and expansion opportunities.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maximize sales and enhance brand image.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
