1. Livestream Hosting

• Host regular livestream sessions on TikTok, Facebook and other suitable platforms.

• Introduce and present company products, promotions, campaigns and business opportunities.

• Conduct interviews with management, leaders, product specialists or invited guests.

• Follow the approved livestream topics, scripts and key messages.

• Maintain a confident, friendly, energetic and professional presence throughout the livestream.

2. Audience Engagement

• Welcome viewers and encourage them to interact through comments, likes, shares and questions.

• Respond to audience questions in a clear, friendly and timely manner.

• Create conversations and maintain audience interest throughout the livestream.

• Identify common questions, concerns and interests from viewers and communicate them to the team.

3. Product & Company Knowledge

• Understand the company's products, product features, usage information and approved claims.

• Understand current promotions, referral systems, campaigns and company announcements.

4. Sales & Lead Generation
