Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service flow, high guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards in a dynamic Food & Beverage environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth floor operations and a high-standard dining experience
Manage table seating flow to optimize guest service efficiency and satisfaction
Lead, train, and support junior staff and part-timers to uphold customer service standards and operational efficiency
Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally on the floor to maintain positive customer relationships
Monitor shift stock levels, perform daily cashier reconciliation, operate POS systems, and order necessary supplies to support operations
Enforce strict adherence to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards, workplace safety, and cleanliness across service areas
Assist management in executing promotional activities, special menu drives, and achieving upselling targets
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on supervisory or team-leading experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills demonstrated through effective staff guidance and guest interactions
Proficiency with POS systems and basic cashiering procedures to support operational tasks
Flexibility to work shift rotations, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts in an active F&B environment
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high-volume rush hours smoothly under pressure
