About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Executive to support daily office operations, customer management, and coordination with the sales team.

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Willing to learn and pick up new tasks quickly.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation.

• Manage customer information, orders, and basic data entry.

• Assist the sales team with customer and order follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents.

• Perform basic tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Support daily office operations and other administrative duties.

• Handle advertising postings and provide basic marketing support.

• Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
