Role Summary We are seeking an innovative and highly strategic VIP CRM & Events Manager to elevate our premium customer relationship management and drive exclusive offline initiatives for Ingrid Millet. Reporting and working directly with senior management, this role acts as the primary project owner for high-end offline activations. Your core objective is to explore and execute creative "offline ideas" that drive high-quality VIP new customer acquisition, maximize VIP customer retention, and successfully reactivate high-quality sleeping VIP customers.

Key Responsibilities

• VIP Offline Strategy & Innovation: Work directly with top management to conceptualize and deploy fresh "offline ideas" (including mall roadshows, shop activities, and gala dinners) tailored specifically to high-net-worth individuals and luxury consumers.

• CRM & Customer Loyalty: Develop and execute VIP customer reactivation and retention programs. Manage VIP events, festive/seasonal gifting, premium sourcing, customer excitement initiatives, and engaging messaging content to elevate the overall customer experience.

• Strategic Partnerships: Proactively explore, negotiate, and coordinate joint promotions with shopping malls and external business partners to drive high-quality new customer acquisition.

• VIP Reactivation & Acquisition: Design and implement highly targeted physical touchpoints and personalized offline events specifically aimed at reactivating high-quality sleeping customers and acquiring new premium profiles.

• Performance & Project Management: Act as the primary project manager to ensure flawless event execution. Analyze campaign data, review performance, and continuously fine-tune strategies to optimize ROI and the quality of the VIP customer base.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Solid experience in the luxury category, specifically from luxury hotels, premium membership clubs, or high-end retail. Prior experience in luxury beauty service centers or medical aesthetics is a strong plus.

• Industry Background: Candidates with a PR agency background serving luxury brands are highly preferred.

• Must-Have Skills: Proven, hands-on project management experience with a strong track record of generating innovative offline event concepts and managing full-cycle high-end CRM initiatives.

• Partner Management: Strong coordination and negotiation skills to deal with premium venue management, luxury brand partners, and top-tier production houses.

• Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of full-cycle project ownership. Must be a self-starter who thrives when working autonomously and collaborating directly with top management to deliver premium results.
