Currently we are hiring for the below vacancy:

Role: IT Outsource Engineer

Work Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia (Onsite)

Tenure: renewable contract (Long-term).

Job Description:

Scope of Work

· Expected Date of Join: Nov 2026

· Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)

· Reporting to IT Operation team.

Core Responsibilities

· New network point implementation

· Server mounting

· PR/PO process management

· Following up on action items

· Onboarding CCTVs

· Network troubleshooting

· Onboarding IOTs

· Any other task assigned by reporting manager/supervisor.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related field

· 2-3 years' experience in Network, server, and IoT devices

Additional requirements/advantages

· Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment in a technical capacity

· Familiarity with manufacturing environment

· Good command of written and spoken English
