• Overlook the whole production activities and report to top management for a better production.
• Acknowledge all department problems and identify the root cause.
• Follow-up all issues with the department heads until there is a solution and make sure there is no downtime in production.
• Come out with preventive measures for zero downtime
• Implement a smoother and more effective HACCP Programme
• Manage workers' arrangements
• To ensure all workers know the company rules and regulation as well as quality standard.
• 全面监督生产活动，并向高层管理层汇报以提升生产效率。
• 识别并解决各部门存在的问题，找出根本原因。
• 与部门负责人跟进所有问题直至解决，确保生产过程中无停机时间。
• 制定预防措施以实现零停机时间
• 实施更顺畅、更有效的HACCP计划
• 管理员工安排
• 确保所有员工了解公司规章制度及质量标准。
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Production Supervisor or Team Leader role within the manufacturing, food processing or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and quality control processes
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills
• Proficient in interpreting and applying safety, health and environmental regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate with production staff and cross-functional teams
• SPM, Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Production Management, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• 至少2年在制造、食品加工或物流行业担任生产主管或团队领导者的工作经验
• 对生产计划、排程及质量控制流程有深入了解
• 出色的问题解决能力、决策能力和领导力
• 熟练掌握并能正确解读和执行安全、健康及环境法规
• 能够与生产人员及跨职能团队有效沟通
• 相关专业（如生产管理、工业工程或运营管理）的文凭或学位
