About the role

Implementer (Accounting Software) providing support to end users on enquiries via phone, email, and remote assistance. The role involves both on-site and off-site software technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, performing data migration works, and conducting product training to end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to end users on enquiries to Accounting Software via phone/email/remote assistance

• Provide both on-site/off-site software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Perform data migration works

• Conduct product (Accounting Software) training to end users

• Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions

• Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualifications equivalent to the field

• Minimum 3 years or above in the related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and results driven

• Focused and goal-oriented

• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality
