JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Follow company procedures, communication guidelines, and policies when handling customer interactions.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through clear, friendly, and effective communication.
• Assist the immediate supervisor in ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Follow up on service progress and provide customers with timely updates on their vehicle status.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolving issues effectively.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information, call records, and interactions in the system.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their needs are met and provide a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Able to work towards achieving sales targets and identifying sales opportunities.
• Good telephone etiquette, active listening, and customer handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, patient, and able to handle different types of customers professionally.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
