Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of healthcare real estate projects, including fit-out, renovation and refurbishment.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, budgets, risks, variations and key deliverables.
- Support tendering, procurement, site works, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Monitor works for quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving site and delivery issues.
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Building, Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in real estate, construction or project management.
- Healthcare/hospital project experience is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder, contractor and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, cost management and fit-out works.
