Purchasing Executive – Procurement

Location: KL Central, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Shifts: Day Shift / Night Shift

Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 per month

KPI Incentive: Up to RM 300

Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM 300

Start Date: Immediate

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Education: Diploma or above

Language Requirements: Traditional Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Job Responsibilities

• Process purchase order (PO) requests and follow up on order status.
• Manage drop-ship orders directly as required.
• Track estimated time of arrival (ETA) and provide timely updates.
• Create and maintain new parts records.
• Handle purchase order cost/price changes (POCV).
• Investigate and resolve warehouse discrepancies (CWS).
• Coordinate material transfers and follow up on material transfer (MT) activities.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain fulfilment reports.
• Resolve issues related to purchase orders, logistics coordination, and fulfilment processes.

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
