Key Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce healthcare products to customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage instructions, and relevant information to customers.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
• Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are neat, and monitor product availability.
• Support promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and in-store marketing activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and promotional objectives.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and retail store personnel.
• Ensure all product information shared with customers is accurate and compliant with company guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Interested in healthcare, wellness, and consumer products.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, up to 48 hours per week.
• Able to work in a retail or promotional environment.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: SGD 2,650 – SGD 3,000.
• Additional allowances and sales commissions.
