Responsibilities

• To prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List/Delivery Order).
• To perform system activities for store & logistics.
• Able to communicate and handle transportation arrangement with forwarders.
• To plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Well communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, deliver and received in scheduled timeline.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
• To perform system activities for inventory data key in & logistics.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

• At least SPM holder or Diploma holder or other equivalent certificates.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Basic knowledge on Custom procedure, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping & store process & requirements.
• Basic Computer knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
