Job Description

· Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry into the systems

· Prepare billing, process payments & reimbursements

· Monthly Bank & AP reconciliations

· Issue monthly statement of accounts to debtors

· Follow up on outstanding payments from customers

· Maintain proper documentation and filing

· Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters

· Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
