We are seeking a driven Channel Account Executive to manage and expand our partner network within the IT distribution sector. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our channel partners, helping them successfully position and sell our portfolio of enterprise networking hardware, security solutions, and smart hospitality systems. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B sales, preferable in channel sales and an understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud-managed technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Management & Growth: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners ,system integrators, and resellers to drive revenue growth.
• Business Development: Onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
• Sales Enablement: Conduct sales enablement sessions for partners on key product lines.
• Pipeline Management: Work closely with partners to track sales pipelines and assist in joint enterprise deals.
• Market Feedback: Act as the liaison between the channel partners and our internal teams, providing feedback on market trends, competitive positioning, and product requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related discipline. 
• 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or B2B sales within the IT distribution or technology sector.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking equipment, cybersecurity platforms, etc.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving business through indirect sales channels.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
