NCS Science Hiring! Full Time Senior R-D Exec in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and improve product formulations to enhance existing food supplements, explore new product opportunities, and develop innovative products in line with market trends and business needs.
• Plan, coordinate and execute R&D projects, analyse research and testing results, and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Develop formulations that utilise surplus raw materials in the warehouse while maintaining product quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Source, evaluate and test new or alternative raw materials to improve product performance, quality, availability and cost efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitor product analysis to identify emerging trends, new product opportunities and potential areas for product improvement.
• Support customer-specific product development, including formulation, sample preparation, product testing and troubleshooting of formulation-related or post-production issues.
• Provide technical and scientific support to internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, in addressing customer enquiries and product-related issues.
• Participate in research projects involving patentable ingredients, formulations, processes and products, including collaboration with universities and external research partners.
• Identify opportunities to optimise product formulations, specifications and raw material costs to improve product margins without compromising product quality.
• Ensure all formulation changes, testing results, technical specifications and R&D activities are properly documented, monitored and maintained for traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse and Sales, to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
