We believe in effecting positive change through creativity, always.

We’re a community of experts that hail from every discipline.

We’re activists who embrace challenges with agility and dynamism.

We’re idealists who thrive on inspiration.

We’re romantics who believe that an idea can change the world, but also that the idea can come from anyone and anywhere.

We’re all that, but we don’t stop at that.

Because we’re committed to becoming better versions of ourselves, every. single. day.

Overview

The Project Manager will manage the creative asset-development and automation workstream end to end. The role will oversee the current Smartly workflow while supporting any future transition to a new platform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main day-to-day client contact for the creative automation workstream, keeping priorities, decisions, and next steps clear.
  • Turn briefs into clear scopes and production plans across markets, formats, languages, and campaign variants.
  • Coordinate internal creative and media teams, localisation partners, and platform partners to keep inputs, approvals, and delivery on track.
  • Work with the creative team to develop asset proposals that are suitable for platform templates and format requirements.
  • Manage asset population and adaptation through the creative automation platform across formats, markets, and languages.
  • Manage reviews, consolidate feedback, maintain version control, and move assets through to approval.
  • Conduct quality checks across all outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong visual execution.
  • Work directly with the platform partner to manage template builds and resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate with Media on requirements, handover, trafficking, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and present the fortnightly Smartly performance report, identifying key creative and market learnings and recommending next steps.
  • Maintain project trackers, budgets, approval records, and status updates, flagging risks early with a recommended way forward.
  • Improve platform templates, reporting, workflows, and handoffs to make delivery more efficient and reliable.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of project management or integrated production experience, ideally in advertising or digital content.
  • Experience managing digital asset production across formats, markets, or languages. Experience with Smartly, Bannerflow, or another creative automation platform is a plus.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with confidence managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Clear communication and confidence working directly with clients and partner teams.
  • Comfortable using performance data to identify practical creative learnings and recommendations.
