Lead Workplace Safety Training, Compliance & Safety Awareness Across Major Building Construction Projects

Company: Leading A1 Main Contractor

Position: EHS Trainer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)

Working Week: Monday – Saturday, 5.5 Days per Week

Salary: SGD 6,500 SGD 8,000 per Month (Highly Negotiable)

Project Location: Singapore

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver EHS training programmes, safety inductions and toolbox briefings for construction personnel.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive safety measures across construction sites.
• Coordinate safety training schedules, competency assessments and training records for employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near misses, recommending preventive actions and safety improvements.
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors and management to promote a strong workplace safety culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP or Equivalent).
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).
• WSQ Supervise Safe Lifting Operations.
• WSQ Assess Confined Space for Safety Entry and Work.
• Relevant EHS/WSH training experience within the Singapore construction industry.
• Experience across Building and/or LTA projects is suitable.
• Strong communication, training delivery and competency-assessment capabilities.
• Mandarin-speaking ability will be advantageous.
