Responsibilities
About the role
Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Assistant in Singapore's vibrant shopping environment. You'll provide exceptional customer service whilst supporting daily store operations in a multicultural, merit-based workplace that values work-life balance.
Key responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory management
Ensure merchandise displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing
Maintain overall store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Manager to support business operations
About you
Able to communicate effectively in English
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
