Requirements

Minimum qualification: SPM & above.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English, and local dialects.

At least 1 year of experience in related fields

Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Welcome walk-in customers and help them select appropriate vape devices, pods, and e-liquids.

-Explain the features, benefits, and maintenance of various starter kits, advanced mods, and nic strengths.

-Assist customers with basic device issues

-Inform shoppers about ongoing discounts, bundle deals, or new arrivals to boost sales

-Handle cashier duties, process payments, and ensure the point-of-sale (POS) system is accurate.

-Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and shelves are well-stocked and attractively merchandised

-Complete daily checklists, including securing the store, preparing the cash float, and generating daily sales reports for the manager
