Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, data center, and cloud environments. This role acts as a technical subject matter expert to ensure the availability, security, performance, and resilience of business-critical network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure & Routing: Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center environments using protocols like BGP and OSPF.
• Security & Firewalls: Administer enterprise firewalls, VPN solutions, IPS/IDS, network segmentation controls, and security policies.
• Circuits & Vendor Management: Manage internet connectivity, MPLS networks, leased lines, carrier services, and telecommunications vendor relationships.
• Wireless & Load Balancing: Deploy and troubleshoot wireless controllers/access points and administer load balancers (e.g., F5 BIG-IP).
• Core Services & Troubleshooting: Maintain DNS, DHCP, NTP, IPAM, and drive root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.
• Cloud Networking: Support hybrid cloud networking environments, including connectivity between on-premises and AWS (VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect).

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certifications: Professional certifications like CCNP, CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking are highly desirable.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and operational support.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Technical Stack:
• Routing/Switching: Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Juniper, Aruba.
• Firewalls: Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco.
• Cloud: AWS networking (VPCs, TGW, VPN).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
