1. Sales & Customer Enquiries (Primary Role)

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Qualify incoming leads and arrange discovery meetings with our founders.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients to encourage appointment bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, leads, and scheduled appointments.
• Deliver a friendly and professional customer experience.

2. Sales Administration

• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other relevant sales documents.
• Maintain organised customer records and payment documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Requirements

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Highly responsive, proactive, and responsible in managing enquiries.
• Well organised, detail oriented, and consistent with follow ups.
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary of RM1,800 to RM2,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
