Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to help customers discover the right lighting and home décor solutions for their spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Assist walk-in customers by understanding their preferences and recommending suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits and available options to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Promote the company’s products and services while exploring opportunities to attract new customers.
Build positive customer relationships and contribute to sales growth.
Maintain a cheerful, professional and helpful attitude.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Update and maintain the company website and social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.
Undertake other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements
Good communication skills and a pleasant, approachable personality.
Enthusiasm for sales, customer service and home décor.
Willingness to learn about premium lighting products and interior styling.
Ability to work well in a small team and adapt to changing priorities.
