About the Role

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards. Perform variance analysis between Actuals, Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results. Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy. Track key business KPIs including Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, and EBITDA. Assist in preparation of management presentations and reporting packs. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions. Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis between Actuals, Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Track key business KPIs including Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, and EBITDA.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance
• 2-5 years of FP&A or Management Reporting experience.

Required Skills

• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
