Senior Executive, DevOps & Release Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps & Release Engineering professional to support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations across hybrid environments (AWS and on-premise). The role involves managing deployments, improving system reliability, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ensuring high availability in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and related tools.
• Support AWS cloud services, containers, serverless technologies, IAM, and SSO.
• Drive reliability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage DevOps toolsets including GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, and PagerDuty.
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on automation and deployment improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and release governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server (Wintel), VMware, storage, and data center operations.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, IAM, SSO, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience working in 24x7 production environments with HA/DR requirements.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

A technically strong DevOps Engineer with solid AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation experience who can work across both cloud and on-premise environments while supporting mission-critical systems and driving operational excellence.
