Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Specialist to join our team in Singapore (On-site, Full-time). In this role, you will be key to installing, configuring, testing, and supporting integrated AV and IT infrastructure across diverse client environments. You will work closely with project teams and clients to diagnose technical challenges, deliver user training, and maintain system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment & Integration: Assist with installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning networked AV/IT systems and integrated infrastructure for commercial clients.
• Technical Support & Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly during setup and live operations.
• Client Engagement & Training: Partner with clients to understand technical requirements, deliver clear system training, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• System Documentation: Maintain precise documentation for system configurations, service activities, wiring schematics, and maintenance logs.
• Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in scheduled maintenance programs and contribute ideas to optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Background: Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• AV/IT Systems Experience: Proven experience with IT infrastructure, networking fundamentals (IP routing, switching), and AV system components.
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex hardware, software, and cabling/connectivity issues.
• Schematic Reading: Ability to interpret technical blueprints, wiring schematics, and system architecture diagrams.
• Communication & Support: Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site at client locations and occasionally support outside standard business hours during critical project phases or event setups.
