Job Summary

Coordinate engineering projects and support new product introductions to ensure smooth production launches and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects for fully assembled products by monitoring project milestones, manpower needs, and manufacturing readiness to ensure timely delivery
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product migration projects by assisting in launching new products and integrating them into production processes
• Provide engineering support for design and process changes by investigating production defects, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain project schedules
• Compile and update technical documents, product approval records, inspection plans, and production-related documentation to ensure compliance and traceability
• Develop practical engineering skills through hands-on tasks and continuous learning
• Demonstrate initiative and dependability by proactively addressing project needs and challenges
• Communicate effectively within teams to foster collaboration and achieve project goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Familiarity with electronics production, product development, NPI, or manufacturing operations
• Exposure to ISO 13485 quality management standards or FDA regulatory requirements
• Relevant internship or practical industry experience
