Job Description

Requirements

  • Able to work independently

  • Able to speak, communicate and write in English and Malay

  • Own valid driving license and transport, able to travel

  • Dedicated and hardworking

  • At least 7-8 years related working experience, preferably as a main contractor QS

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Contract Manager or Project Team on the projects' paper works, filing, and documentations

  • Conduct taking-off and measurements for construction projects

  • Request quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors

  • Analyze costing and summarize cost comparisons

  • Award sub-contracts

  • Work on monthly progress claims, VOs, and final accounts

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Superior or Management
