About the role

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an Learning, Talent and Development Consultant in Singapore. This role will focus on Learning & Development, talent initiatives, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and organisational culture.

Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programmes to address business capability and development needs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on talent and culture initiatives.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews and individual development plans.
• Coordinate learning vendors, trainers and e-learning content.
• Support employee engagement, leadership development and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyse learning needs, monitor programme budgets and improve learning processes.

Key Skills Required

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of talent development, succession planning and organisational culture.
• Experience designing and coordinating learning programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
