About Our Client

MNC SSC located in Selangor

Job Description

Lead RTR transition and migration activities into SSC, ensuring smooth process, system, and data transfer.

Partner with Finance, Business Leaders, and outsourced providers to define and improve service levels, KPIs, and technology requirements.

Oversee RTR financial accounting operations and outsourced service delivery across the region.

Manage SLAs and KPIs, covering balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, intercompany, fixed assets, and project accounting.

Support statutory reporting, local GAAP vs IFRS reconciliations, and tax reporting requirements.

Review digital sales accounting, including revenue, costs, and margin recognition.

Manage cash flow and forecasting activities.

Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain a healthy balance sheet.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.

Monitor outsourced provider performance and drive continuous improvements.

Support governance, process standardization, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.

Lead stakeholder communications, training, and change management activities.

Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Drive knowledge transfers, process documentation, and business migrations.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of RTR/accounting experience, including 3+ years in Financial Accounting.

Audit, controls, or compliance experience is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOX compliance, SAP ECC, BlackLine, and MS Office.

Proactive, analytical, and results-driven with strong multitasking abilities.

Experienced in KPI/SLA management, workforce planning, and data-driven process improvements.

Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Proven people management experience within a multicultural, global environment.
