Title: Personal Assistant & Driver

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

Driving & Vehicle Management

• Drive company vehicles for official business, ensuring safe and punctual transportation for airport transfers, business trips, off-site assignments and other work-related travel.
• Provide safe and punctual transportation for the Executive and family members, including children’s school runs, enrichment classes, family activities and events.
• Keep vehicles clean, safe and in good working condition through routine checks and timely servicing and repairs.
• Handle vehicle inspections, insurance renewals, traffic offences, fuel, parking, ERP/toll records and related administration.
• Strictly comply with all traffic regulations and practise defensive driving at all times.
• Follow transport assignments coordinated by the Administration Department and obtain the required approvals before using company vehicles.

Executive Support

• Coordinate the Executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and business engagements.
• Assist with document preparation, expense claims, correspondence and routine follow-ups.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as required.
• Keep all business and personal information strictly confidential.

Household Management

• Coordinate the household’s daily affairs, including family schedules and activities.
• Manage household purchases, bill payments, events and other bookings.
• Run household errands, including grocery shopping and assist with loading and unloading of purchases.
• Liaise with household service providers, including maintenance contractors and delivery services.

Others

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/Nitec or equivalent.
2. Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence with a clean driving record.
3. Have at least 3 years of professional driving experience in Singapore. Previous experience as a personal driver, family driver or corporate driver is preferred.
4. Physically fit, good health and able to assist with light lifting when necessary.
5. Be familiar with Singapore roads, routes, traffic regulations and confident in using navigation applications.
6. Experience driving luxury vehicles is an advantage, with high standards of vehicle care.
7. Be punctual, dependable and well-groomed, with a professional attitude and a strong commitment to safety, confidentiality and discretion.
8. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
9. Well organised and able to handle multiple tasks, schedules and household matters efficiently.
10. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
