Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support project management by monitoring daily operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring construction work complies with contract drawings and safety standards in road construction projects.
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and managing daily project operations to ensure timely progress
Identify and raise technical issues to resolve discrepancies between civil engineering drawings and site conditions during project execution
Coordinate site activities effectively with sub-contractors to maintain workflow and project timelines
Conduct in-progress and joint inspections to verify that construction work complies with contract drawings and project requirements
Implement workplace safety programs, procedures, and policies to maintain a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering Discipline
Have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience specifically in road construction
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear information exchange
Exhibit a positive attitude and collaborate effectively as a team player
Show initiative in identifying and addressing project challenges
