Job Description
Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist & support shipping / store activities for both materials & finished products.
Perform materials handling and store management duties, plan and manage to ensure inventories quantities are accurate.
Data entry into ERP system.
Stock picking based on job pick list given.
Perform periodic physical stock count and inventory cycle count,
Perform documentation filing and housekeeping of system and physical area.
Assist in formulating and developing inventory strategy.
To ensure packaging are proper before shipment.
Assist in planning and organizing store activities to ensure materials are issued timely.
Any other job-related activities assigned.
MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
GCE “O/N/A” Level/ Nitec Certification/Diploma.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Able to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience in Logistics – shipping /store material handling functions.
