Physio Bee (Rehab Bee Physio Group) Hiring! Full Time Physiotherapist in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

DING DING DING EXPANDING! Looking for Junior & Senior Physiotherapist | Fresh Graduates Welcome

Your physio degree is just the beginning. How far you grow is up to you.

At Physio Bee, we're building more than just another physiotherapy clinic.

We're building a community of passionate physiotherapists who love what they do, care about their patients, work hard, have fun and grow together.

We started with one clinic in 2020. Today, we've grown to four branches across Klang Valley, and we're not stopping here.

As we continue expanding, we're looking for people who want to grow with us — not just as physiotherapists, but potentially as future team leaders, branch managers and business partners.

We take our patients' recovery seriously. But that doesn't mean we can't have fun along the way.

Don't just take our word for it. Check out our Instagram and see what life at Physio Bee is really like!

WHY JOIN PHYSIO BEE?

1. Your Clinical Growth Matters

We believe a good physiotherapist never stops learning.

That's why we invest in our people through:

• Structured Clinical Development Programme
• Structured Mentorship Programme with experienced senior physiotherapists
• Training allowance for continuous professional development
• Exposure to diverse clinical cases, advanced rehabilitation techniques and modern technologies
• Regular clinical learning, knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities

Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced physiotherapist, there's always something new to learn.

2. Patient Recovery Comes First. Not Package Sales.

Let's make one thing clear.

We don't have sales KPIs to push treatment packages.

We believe physiotherapists should focus on what they do best — helping patients recover.

Your job is to assess properly, treat effectively, educate your patients and help them achieve meaningful recovery.

We want patients to return because they trust your care, not because someone pressured them to buy a package.

Your patients' recovery is our KPI. Not package sales.

3. Your Career Doesn't Have to Stay Inside the Clinic

Love sports? Enjoy meeting new people? Want to challenge yourself beyond your comfort zone?

At Physio Bee, you'll have opportunities to get involved in sports events, corporate wellness programmes, community outreach and other exciting activities beyond daily clinical practice.

From supporting athletes at sporting events to engaging with corporate teams, these experiences can help you develop confidence, communication, teamwork and professional exposure.

And if you're someone who enjoys taking initiative, there are opportunities to step up, take on responsibilities and discover what you're capable of.

The more you're willing to challenge yourself, the more opportunities you'll have to grow.

4. A Career That Grows With You

We're expanding, and we want our people to grow alongside the company.

We don't want you to remain in the same position forever.

As Physio Bee grows, so do the opportunities for clinical specialisation, mentorship, leadership, branch management and potentially business partnership.

We're not just looking for employees. We're looking for people who could one day build and lead the hive with us.

Growth opportunities come with performance, responsibility and the right attitude.

5. We don't work hard play hard, we Work Smart Play Always! That's how We Grow Together.

We believe you can be serious about your career without being serious all the time.

Expect a team that works hard, supports one another, celebrates achievements and knows how to have fun.

We value an inclusive environment where everyone can speak up, share ideas, learn from mistakes and become better together.

Curious about our team culture? Visit our Instagram. You'll probably understand us better in five minutes than from reading another five pages of job descriptions.

6. Benefits That Support Your Growth

• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
• Structured clinical development and mentorship
• Training allowance for professional development
• Semi-flexible working hours with roster arrangements
• Career progression and leadership opportunities
• Potential future partnership opportunities
• Sports events, corporate wellness and community outreach opportunities
• Exposure to modern physiotherapy and rehabilitation technologies
• Team activities, celebrations and incentive trips
• Supportive, inclusive and growth-oriented working environment

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assess patients and develop personalised physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-informed physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
• Help patients achieve meaningful and measurable recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and empower them to manage their conditions.
• Collaborate with your teammates on challenging clinical cases.
• Participate in clinical training, mentorship and professional development.
• Contribute ideas to help us improve patient care and grow as a team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced physiotherapists.

You might be the right person if you:

• Hold a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Genuinely care about your patients and their recovery.
• Are passionate about improving your clinical skills.
• Have a positive, hardworking and coachable attitude.
• Enjoy teamwork and respect people from different backgrounds.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Are open to feedback and willing to challenge yourself.
• Want more than just a job — you want a career with room to grow.

You don't have to be the smartest physiotherapist in the room.

But you should be someone who is willing to learn, work hard and help the people around you grow.

Because at Physio Bee, we believe one bee can't build a hive alone.
