Cutover Lead – Cloud Transformation (Azure & AWS)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cutover Lead to manage end-to-end cutover planning, coordination, and execution for cloud migration and technology transformation initiatives across Azure and AWS environments. The role requires strong leadership in managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and go-live activities to ensure successful transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage cutover plans, runbooks, migration schedules, and rollback strategies.
Lead end-to-end cutover execution for cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and application deployment projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud, infrastructure, security, networking, application, database, and business stakeholders.
Conduct readiness assessments, risk reviews, Go/No-Go meetings, and deployment planning sessions.
Manage migration activities, validation checkpoints, issue resolution, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
Lead war-room support during critical migration and production release activities.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and provide regular executive-level reporting.
Ensure compliance with change management, release management, and service transition processes.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Technology Transformation, or Migration Programs.
3+ years of experience leading cutover, transition, migration, or go-live activities.
Proven experience delivering cloud migration projects across Azure and AWS environments.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, databases, and enterprise applications.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and business users.
Strong communication, planning, risk management, and leadership skills
