• Design posters, social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing creative content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, the Company website and other digital platforms.
• Support the production and editing of short videos, reels, photographs and promotional content.
• Assist with photography, videography and content shooting for property projects, events, roadshows and marketing campaigns.
• Resize and adapt approved artwork into different formats for social media, advertisements, printing and digital displays.
• Support marketing campaigns, property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, sales events and branding activities.
• Assist in preparing simple captions, promotional messages and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, printers, vendors and agencies on artwork and marketing material requirements.
• Ensure all artwork and marketing materials are accurate, visually presentable and consistent with the Company’s branding.
• Keep updated with current design, social media and content trends, and contribute creative ideas for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Maintain proper filing of artwork, editable files, photographs, videos and other digital assets.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
