• Handle full set of accounts.
• Ensure invoices are properly supported and approved before posting.
• Ensure expenses are recorded with correct accounting codes.
• Ensure invoices processing and payment are accurate using the correct bank accounts and within the timeline.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier statements.
• Research and resolve invoices discrepancies and issues.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders on invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly payments for expenses claims and vendor payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 to 6pm
