Job Description
Responsibilities
Recognised diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent qualification appropriate to the discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in site supervision.
Valid registration/accreditation under the applicable IES/ACES RE/RTO Registry for the relevant M&E discipline, maintained throughout deployment.
Hands-on experience in inspections, quality control, site records, testing and witnessing, and defect rectification.
Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and applicable M&E codes and authority requirements.
