Part-Time Sales Manager (3 Days/Week) | Experienced Sales Leaders & Retirees Welcome

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,500/month + performance incentive
Work Arrangement: Part-time, 3 days per week
Location: SS3, Jalan University, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Aluminium King is a Malaysian aluminium doors and windows specialist. We serve homeowners, renovation contractors, interior designers and building professionals across the Klang Valley.

We are a growing SME building a systematic, data-driven sales organisation. We need a seasoned sales leader to help us get there.

What You Will Do

• Lead and motivate a sales team of 10 or more, building a positive, high-energy and results-driven culture
• Grow average order value by coaching the team to upsell and cross-sell
• Set up and improve Sales SOPs covering enquiry → site measurement → quotation → closing → handover
• Coach salespeople one-to-one on consultative selling, objection handling and closing techniques
• Run sales meetings: weekly pipeline reviews and monthly performance reviews
• Personally support key deals, especially high-value projects and designer/contractor accounts
• Track performance in the CRM so that every lead is followed up and every number is visible
• Protect profit margins by making sure the team sells on value, not on discounts
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans based on market trends, competitor analysis, and business goals
• Help with sales hiring, onboarding and training of new salespeople

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years leading a sales team
• Experience in building materials, renovation, home improvement, furniture, property or project sales is a strong advantage
• A proven track record of growing team sales (please share your numbers)
• Strong upselling skills, with the ability to teach them to others
• A natural motivator who brings positive energy and leads by example
• Able to write clear SOPs and hold people accountable to them
• Open to using a CRM, WhatsApp and simple sales dashboards (we will train you on our system)
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking clients
• Retirees, semi-retired professionals and former business owners are warmly welcome
