Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Science, Healthcare, Pharmacy or a related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience. Experience in health supplements, healthcare or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Genuine interest in health, wellness and healthy living. Willingness to continuously develop product and market knowledge.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.

Promote and sell the Company’s health supplement products through walk-in, online and other assigned sales channels.

Provide professional after-sales service, respond to customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of customer concerns.

Identify, approach and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities.

Generate sales leads through online enquiries, social media, referrals, networking and other approved business development activities.

Explore opportunities to expand the customer base and improve sales reach across assigned channels.

Monitor individual sales performance, customer pipeline and follow-up activities to support target achievement.

Keep up to date with the Company’s product range, product information and relevant health supplement and wellness trends.

Participate in product training, sales meetings and learning activities to strengthen product and sales knowledge.
