Responsibilities
Lead the company's BIM strategy, standards and digital construction processes across project stages.
Oversee BIM model development, coordination, quality control and information delivery.
Manage multidisciplinary drawing coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist trades.
Review technical documentation, shop drawings and as-built drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor drawing and sample approvals and coordinate with procurement and construction teams.
Lead design coordination meetings and resolve complex technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.
Ensure project information is delivered according to agreed schedules and requirements.
Support assessment of design changes and related variation claims.
Guide project teams in BIM implementation, software use and digital working practices.
Drive continuous improvement in model quality, design coordination and construction efficiency.
