We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant / Driver to support the Director in daily administrative matters and transportation arrangements. No prior working experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Director and authorised personnel.
Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle basic email correspondence and follow up on assigned tasks.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain proper filing and organisation of physical and electronic documents.
Assist with data entry, simple research, and general administrative duties.
Run errands and carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be confident driving a car.
Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-organised.
Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, is an advantage.
