Job Description
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, packing, or store work (preferred)
Careful and detail-oriented, especially when counting and checking stock
Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory system; training provided)
Able to lift and move heavy boxes
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic communication in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
Responsibilities
Pick, pack and label customer parcels accurately and on time
Receive incoming stock and check it against delivery orders/invoices
Report any shortages, damaged or wrong items received
Arrange and store stock neatly so items are easy to find
Carry out the monthly stock count and help resolve any differences
Update stock records after receiving, packing and stock counts
Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, tidy and safe
