Possess a Diploma in Education or a related field with a strong academic background to effectively deliver tutoring sessions.

Preferable be good in Bahasa Malaysia language (able to handle primary and secondary Bahasa Malaysia).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, enabling clear and effective instruction and interaction with students and parents.

Proven patience and empathy when working with children, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that caters to individual needs.

Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and tutoring techniques to adapt to different learning styles and maximize student comprehension.

Strong organizational skills to manage tutoring schedules, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Commitment to fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in young learners.

Assess students' learning progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development.

Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and teaching methodologies, and incorporate them into tuition lessons.

Participate in Gream Studio events and activities, such as open houses and parent-teacher conferences.
