Requirements
- Diploma in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- At least 2 years (for experienced candidates).
- Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Prefer Mandarin speaker to deal with overseas partner in China.
- Strong coordination, communication & documentation skills.
- Able to multitask, manage schedules, and support project teams.
- Willing to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
- Good interpersonal, EQ & hospitality skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and administration.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes & project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project flow.
- Support overseas projects (translation, hospitality, etc.) for Malaysian delegates in China.
- Track project progress and highlight potential issues.
